What are your turn around times?

We are currently working around our Monday-Friday full-time jobs. Designing and creating personalized handmade items could take 5-7 business days. * This does not include weekends or federal holidays* *This does not include shipping times*

If there is a delay because a product is out of stock we will contact you to decide our plan of action. We will update you on the creating, processing and shipping of your item.

Why does my badge reel look different than what is on the webpage?

No two items are exactly alike! Each item is made by hand when ordered. Even ready to sell (RTS) items will vary related to being handmade.

Colors may vary slightly from photo due to lighting and computer resolution.

Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?

How long does shipping take?

FIRST CLASS: Usually takes about 3-7 days to arrive. 
PRIORITY MAIL: Usually takes 2-4 days to arrive.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Is the only shipping method USPS guarantees to arrive by a certain date. Takes 1-2 days to arrive.

**Please note, shipping time can occasionally be delayed by USPS. We unfortunately have no control over your package once it's dropped off at the post office. Feel free to message us with any questions

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives broken, please take a picture of all packaging and broken item and contact me immediately. I cannot give a refund without these pictures.  I am not responsible for anything except the acrylic shape or badge reel getting broke in transit.

How do I care for my embellished badge reel?

Handmade, please handle with care. Acrylic badge reels can break if knocked against a hard surface or dropped.  Avoid prolonged exposure to sun, heat, and water. 

Cleaning: Carefully wipe with a soft cloth.  Do not use alcohol.
