Returns

We do not accept returns due to items being made to order. Please be sure to order the right color, shapes, and item.

If a mistake is made on our part we will take care of fixing any issues.

We can not offer exchanges or refunds, 30 days after purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to discuss replacement or repair. Damage caused by customer will not be covered. Keychains and badge reels are not fragile but also not indestructible - PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Refunds (if applicable) (shipping is not refundable)

Refunds will occur only if:

  • A mistake is made on our part and we are unable to come to an agreement on how to fix it.
  • Product arrives broken and you do not have time to wait for another to be made.

To receive a refund:

  • Return the mistake and unused item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If your purchase arrives broken, please take a picture of all packaging and broken item and contact me immediately. I cannot give a refund without these pictures. I am not responsible for anything except the acrylic shape or badge reel getting broke in transit.
